Semi-automatic Paste Stainless Steel Bottle Filling Machine

Application: Used in food and beverage, brewing, medicine, condiments, tofu, jelly, pudding, fruit juice, milk, milk yogurt, cold drinks and other industries. It can be used for filling liquids in soy sauce, vinegar, white wine, alcohol, reagents, detergents, disinfectants, lubricants and cosmetics. Filling and metering, no bubbles, no drips. It is suitable for filling various bottle shapes (including special-shaped bottles) of 100-2000ml.

Note: The filling range and speed can be designed with different filling heads according to user requirements.

Metering control:

1. The filling adopts fixed flow channel parameters and controls the filling time to realize different metering filling;

2. The filling time of the pneumatic valve can be audited and set to 0.01 seconds. It can control the measurement degree within the error range of ±1%, reduce unnecessary material loss, and improve the economic benefits of users;

3. The design of each filling head can be adjusted individually to achieve consistent filling measurement;

4. The machine has set up the bottle counting program, no bottle, no counting, no filling, only when the number of bottles recorded by the counter is consistent with the set filling number, the filling will start;

5. The filling volume can be adjusted initially to the filling volume on demand and then fine-tuned to obtain the ideal filling measurement accuracy.

Note: If the filling mode adopts servo filling, the measurement accuracy can reach ±0.5%, and the filling speed can be adjusted at will, while the filling range is larger.
