Laser cutting head
The professional fiber laser cutting head is selected, which has the functions of Z axis tracking and high pressure cutting. The cutting head with height tracking sensor adopts capacitive monitoring sensor, which provides stable and fast automatic adjustment of cutting height. Various matching nozzle designs can make it suitable for almost any focal length lens.

It has confocal features that allow you to equip your fixed-length body processing head with optical lenses with different focal lengths. The focal length and height of the nozzle can be flexibly adjusted, including the lens in the X-Y direction and coaxial nozzle adjustment.

Laser protection piece

1. The laser part is marked with an icon, indicating that there is a laser output there, to prevent the laser from directly irradiating the human body and causing harm;
2. The outer casing of the laser is grounded to prevent personal injury caused by leakage from the equipment casing;
3. Equip the operator with suitable laser protection goggles and keep the goggles on during the entire operation;
4. Before operating the equipment, check whether the protective equipment is used or not;
5. When the device is turned on, it is not allowed to look directly at the laser head with your eyes at any time;
6. The laser equipment is equipped with an emergency stop switch, which can stop the laser immediately and turn it off in an emergency;
7. When the laser equipment is in operation, a three-color status indicator is provided, which can show the operational status of the laser equipment;

External transmission fiber protection part

1. The external transmission fiber optic part of the workstation uses high quality imported sliding rail pulleys and limit devices to fix and guide the laser optical cable;
2. The transmission fiber is protected by a protective sleeve of special laser protection material to prevent laser leakage;
3. The protective cover of the transmission fiber is equipped with laser leakage protection. If the laser leakage is caused by the broken fiber, the laser leakage sensor can monitor the laser leakage. If the leak is found, the signal will be transmitted to the control center immediately, and the control center will prevent the laser equipment from emitting light and give an alarm.
