Precautions before startup: 1). The equipment should be well grounded 2). The liquid level of material barrel should be higher than the flowmeter of filling machine. 3). Start the material pump after seeing the material in the material pipe to prevent damage to the flowmeter. 4). If it is not used for a long time, please turn on and power on once every half a month for 20 minutes each time.

Structural features

 Equipment installation

1). Please consider the following factors when selecting the installation location

The buffer tank should not be too far away from the filling machine.

2) the filling machine should be stable and level. When adjusting the height, loosen the fastening screws below until the worktable is level.

3). The power supply of filling machine is AC 220 V ± 10% 50 Hz

4). All mechanical actions of the filling machine are pneumatic, the air source connection is  8, and the pressure is 6 ~ 8kg.

5). The material port of filling machine is reserved as  32 chuck type quick fitting joint.

Adjustment

1). Manipulator position adjustment: first loosen the jack screw, loosen the locking screw, after adjusting in place, lock the locking screw to tighten the jacking screw.

2). Filling valve adjustment: loosen the back tightening nut, rotate the knuckle, adjust the height of the filling valve, and back tighten the nut.

3). Height adjustment of filling pipe: put the bag nozzle in the filling position, turn the "manual / automatic" switch to the manual position, press "clamping nozzle", "main lifting / lowering", "translation" and "main lifting" successively, loosen the locking screw of filling pipe, press the second layer platform of filling pipe to the upper edge of bag nozzle, and lock the locking screw.
