b. Melting: The purpose of melting honey is to prevent fermentation and destroy the crystallization nucleus by heating, and to delay the crystallization of honey. Generally, it is heated for 30 minutes at a temperature of 60-65°C, and stirring should be carried out from time to time to heat the honey evenly and accelerate the melting. c. Filtration: The temperature of the heated honey is kept at about 40℃, and the honey is in the best flowing state, so that impurities and a small amount of larger crystals can be removed through multiple filtrations. It should be filtered under pressure in a sealed device as much as possible to shorten the heating and filtering time and reduce the loss of flavor. d. Vacuum concentration: Concentrate honey under vacuum conditions to minimize the impact of processing on the color, aroma and taste of honey. e. Cooling: Cool the concentrated honey quickly to below 10°C to ensure its good appearance and internal quality. f. Canned: Bottled is adopted in this project. The automatic filling machine measures the filling according to the filling volume requirements, and the container should be cleaned and strictly sterilized before filling. g. Inspection: Random sampling of the cooled honey for physical and chemical index testing (moisture, enzyme value, acidity, sucrose, glucose content, etc.), and all the honey can be packaged and shipped out of the factory. h.
